Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Transportation Scheduler. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing schedules, and contributing to a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.
Position Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate resident transportation appointments
- Communicate effectively with transportation providers, medical offices, and facility staff
- Maintain accurate transportation schedules and documentation
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Support daily operations and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous receptionist, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
