- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Support residents' emotional, social, and physical well-being
- Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Help create a positive, comfortable environment for residents and families
- Current Ohio STNA certification
