What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
- Collaborate with CNAs, providers, and fellow nurses
- Keep documentation accurate and up to date
- Be the reassuring voice when someone needs comfort at 2 AM
- Master the art of staying awake while everyone else is counting sheep
- Current Ohio RN or LPN license
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Dependability (because residents can't put their needs on hold until morning)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
