- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, caregiving, or senior care is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, energetic, and dependable
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia is a plus
