Finance Manager – Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle
Colorado Springs, CO | Full-Time
Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle is looking for an experienced, motivated Finance Manager to join our team.
We are a high-volume, family-owned Indian Motorcycle dealership with a strong reputation, a loyal customer base, and a sales team focused on continued growth. We are looking for someone who knows how to maximize every opportunity in the finance office while still creating an excellent buying experience for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the finance process from the time the deal reaches your desk through final funding.
Responsibilities include:
- Presenting and selling F&I products including extended service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance, protection products, and other available products
- Structuring deals to maximize profitability while keeping payments and options attractive to the customer
- Working with multiple lenders to obtain approvals and secure competitive financing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our lending partners
- Reviewing credit applications and understanding how to structure deals for different credit situations
- Working closely with the sales team and management to get deals bought and closed
- Ensuring all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
- Following up on funding issues and ensuring deals are funded quickly
- Tracking F&I performance, product penetration, PVR, approvals, and chargebacks
- Helping train the sales team on properly setting up customers for the finance process
- Providing a professional, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every customer
What We're Looking For
We want someone who is competitive, organized, driven, and knows how to close.
The ideal candidate:
- Has previous automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or motorcycle F&I experience
- Understands lender programs, credit tiers, deal structure, and funding requirements
- Has a proven ability to sell backend products and maintain strong product penetration
- Understands that great F&I is about presenting value—not just pushing products
- Is comfortable working with prime and subprime credit
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Has strong communication and closing skills
- Works well with salespeople and management
- Takes ownership of deals from approval through funding
- Understands the importance of compliance and accurate paperwork
Motorcycle knowledge is a plus, but strong F&I ability is more important.
Compensation
This is a performance-driven position with strong earning potential.
Our compensation structure includes:
- 12% commission on margin for backend products
- $300 flat commission for every Pre-Paid Maintenance contract sold
- Monthly commission payout
- Additional compensation structure discussed during the interview
The better you perform, the more you earn. We are looking for someone who wants to build a strong finance department and be rewarded for the results.
