Job Opportunity : Estimator – Heavy & Marine Construction
Location : Branford, CT (On-site)
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with 8-10 years of heavy and marine construction experience. This role will focus primarily on estimating, but as part of a small team, you’ll also support various project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Estimate project costs from plans, including heavy construction (pile driving, concrete, DOT, utilities) and marine work (docks, sheet piling, breakwaters).
- Prepare prequalification submittals, project schedules, and other bidding documents.
- Research and identify new projects for bid.
- Work closely with the team to learn our estimating processes and become self-sufficient.
