Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer phones
- Work closely and develop a positive relationship with Realtors, Loan Officers, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers
- Input data
- Schedule appointments and manage employee calendars
- Take detailed notes over the phone from prospective clients.
- Print and assemble closing package for settlement and other applicable documents
- Schedule closing with all parties involved in the transaction
Requirements:Must have exceptional customer service skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be detail orientedExcellent verbal/written communication
- Strong computer, data entry, typing and telephone skills
Compensation: Bonus
