Now Hiring: Part-Time /Seasonal Barista
Pay: 21.40 Tips
Hours: 16 -36 hours per week
(Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday)

Open daily: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Start Date: Hiring Soon— applicants must be available to begin within 2 weeks of interview.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position that blends barista craft, customer experience, and retail. Our café features a full espresso bar, wine & beer offerings, and a curated selection of local goods and art.
What You’ll Do
- Create an exceptional, welcoming experience for every customer
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food with consistency and care
- Support daily operations: opening/closing, stocking, and maintenance
- Keep the café clean, organized, and visually inviting
- Restock retail and merchandise displays
- Collaborate with your team to keep everything running smoothly
- Work a mix of early mornings, afternoons, and weekend shifts

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years barista experience REQUIRED
- 1 year in customer service or hospitality
- MAST Permit
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit
Dress Code
Business casual, clean and professional. Closed-toe shoes are required. Pike Street Coffee T-shirts and sweatshirt options will be provided for you to wear (and keep).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs overhead
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Repetitive hand/wrist motions (tamping, steaming, etc.)
