Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Window and Door Sales Manager based in the Florida Panhandle or throughout Alabama. The Sales Manager will help personally drive sales and lead the window and door sales team. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales process, consulting with clients, recommending products, preparing quotes, jobsite visits, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure project success. The role includes building relationships with builders, architects, and homeowners while delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, developing sales strategy, leading the team, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management
- Knowledge of windows, doors, or architectural millwork products preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software - excel, word
- Familiarity with the construction and design industries is a plus
