- $21.00 /hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
- Per Diem and travel time
- Annual increase potential
- OT after 8
- Paid Time Off
- $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited
- Work on various paving projects throughout the state.
- Perform general laboring and construction duties
- Operate paving equipment
- Work outside and learn a trade
- 80% of health care paid by the Company.
