The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Estimator to join our Albany team. In this role, you’ll wear two hats — delivering precise, high-quality estimates while leading projects from kickoff through closeout. You’ll be the connection between clients, subcontractors, and our operations team, building trust, solving problems, and ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both the numbers and the relationships — a professional who can dive into the details of takeoffs and bids while also stepping up to lead people, grow client partnerships, and drive results.

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years’ experience in project management and estimating.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A proven record of delivering successful building projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical know-how with estimating, cost management, and scheduling.
- An entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, collaborative, and ready to take ownership

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
