We’re looking for friendly, dependable Back-of-House Team Members to help create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
About the Role
As a BOH Team Member / Line Cook, you will be responsible for setting up, organizing, preparing, and plating food orders for the guests according to the plating procedures and within ticket time standards; maintaining quality control, kitchen and food storage, and Health Department guidelines; and restocking and cleaning up.
This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
Knowledge of proper food safety and handling procedures
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
Previous experience using standard kitchen equipment, knives, scales, mixers, stock pots, grills, stoves, ovens, fryers, and other tools or utensils
Familiarity with food service operations
Responsibilities
- Sets up, stocks, and organizes all workstations and maintains a clean and sanitized workstation and equipment throughout the shift.
Correctly sets up, operates, breaks down, and cleans all station equipment
Prepares menu grilled, fried, and baked items using recipes, paying attention to plate presentationAssist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the FOH area
Comprehends all production tools and can use them in daily operations
Maintains proper food storage temperatures and rotation using the FIFO Method.
Handles multiple priorities and works well under stress
Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure smooth service
Complies with all health and safety regulations
