We are looking for Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our Culinary team. We ask only that you be friendly, eager to learn, and self-motivated. If you need extra cash for coffee runs or to have extra fun money, we have a job for you!
This is a tipped position, and with tips, you can make up to $20 / Hour with tips!
Psito is the lively offshoot of Tasty Town Greek Restaurant and Lounge, a casual dining spot in Birmingham, Alabama’s popular Railroad Park neighborhood, owned by the Pihakis Restaurant Group. Fresh-baked pita, mouthwatering Mediterranean spreads and dips, chargrilled souvlaki, and fresh salads are irresistible and cravable.
The Line Cook is responsible for setting up, organizing, preparing, and plating food orders for the guests according to the plating procedures and within ticket time standards; maintaining quality control, kitchen and food storage, and Health Department guidelines; and restocking and cleaning up. Responsibilities include food quality management, training, safety and sanitation practices, and execution to offer fresh and delicious goods to our guests daily.
