Job Description:
The War Eagle Supper Club at the Graduate Hotel in Auburn, Alabama, is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts on a positive note.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Provide menus and answer any initial questions guests may have
- Assist with special requests and accommodate guest needs
- Ensure a smooth flow of guests into the dining area
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
