Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Family Medicine.
- Experience providing care across the full age spectrum, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
- Proficiency in women’s health, including conducting pap smears.
- Competency in dermatological procedures, such as skin biopsies.
- Strong background in health education, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Effective collaboration with physicians for follow-up care and referrals.
- Thorough understanding of the full scope of practice for Family Medicine NPs/PAs.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload effectively.
- Current California Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license
- Graduate from an accredited Family Medicine NP/PA Master’s Program
- Three to five (3-5) years previous experience in Family Medicine
- Experience with Women's Health, bread and butter Dermatology and Biopsies.
- Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Board Certification: Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
