Performs a variety of clerical tasks related to patient admission and discharge processes. Fills out admissions and discharge paperwork and ensures proper documentation of patient activities.

Required Experience
Required:
- High School graduate or GED
- LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment (PHGSH only)
- 2-Year prior hospital registration or related experience
