What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner (NP), NICU, Part Time, Days 12 hour position at PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital?
Under the direction and supervision of the NICU Medical Director or the CCS-paneled neonatologist, provides medical and nursing care, ongoing routine and emergency care to patients within the NICU and stabilization and transfer of patients from outlying hospitals to Good Samaritan Hospital’s NICU.

Required Experience
Required:
- Current California NP License
- Completion of the NNP Program
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Neonatal Resuscitation of AAP & AHA
- Regional Instructor of NRP
- S.T.A.B.L.E within 6 months of hire
- VIP within 90 days of hire
- LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment (PHGSH only)
- 1-Year recent NICU experience or acceptance in a training program
Preferred:
- Current California S.T.A.B.L.E. instructor
