What are the responsibilities and job description for the Monitor Technician, DOU, Full-Time, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM position at PIH Health Downey Hospital?
Provides cardiac monitoring for patients of assigned department under the direction of the RN and Physician. Performs duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care.

Required Experience
Required:
- Successful completion of EKG Dysrhythmia interpretation or Monitor Tech course and/or Certificate

- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Prior hospital/healthcare experience
