What are the responsibilities and job description for the Saturday Salon Assistant/Receptionist position at Pigtails & Crewcuts?

Desk Duties to include…
- Provide an incredible experience and customer service to all clients
- Welcome clients into the building
- Check clients in/out for appt
- Update stylist of arrivals—keep daily flow running smoothly by moving daily schedule/clients around as needed to accommodate walk-ins/clients and stylists
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling Appointments
- Open / Close Drawer
- Confirm Appointments- Day/Evening prior to appointment
- FranPOS Issues / Support
- Make sure devices are charged—Phone/Video gaming systems
- Address customer complaints and notify GM/Owner of issues
Salon Duties to Include…
- Provide an incredible experience and customer service to all clients
- Be a team player, willing to help where needed
- Ear Piercing (Training Provided)
- Fairy Hair/Feathers (Training Provided)
- Sweep / Clean for stylists in between haircuts
- Laundry – wash / fold / distribute
- Clean tools throughout day and distribute to floor
- Keep up store layout / supplies
- Assist with calming / entertaining clients when needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
