- InventoryLogistics: Unload fresh and boxed produce from delivery trucks using hand trucks. You'll be responsible for counting, weighing, and verifying all incoming items against invoices.
- Quality Control: Maintain peak freshness by examining and rotating stock in storage to prevent aging and minimize waste.
- Fresh Prep: Demonstrate delicacy and skill by cutting and preparing fruit into portions suitable for individual sale and attractive packaging.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor stocked and organized, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment for all guests.
- SanitationSafety: Use high-pressure hoses and brooms to keep slicers, prep containers, and storage rooms spotless.
- Technical Skill: Safely operate specialized equipment, including slicers, knives, and heated wrapping stations.
- Professionalism: A courteous, punctual teammate who smiles, greets customers, and conducts themselves in a professional manner at all times.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and transport heavy produce crates via hand truck in a busy environment.
