Job Summary:
The Travel Retail Set Team Member at Piggly Wiggly of Alabama Distributing Company is responsible for a range of duties to meet the needs of new and remodel stores throughout the chain. This role will require the ability to work both individually and as a member of a team. This individual will set up and tear down shelves at new and old stores, participate in fixturing and merchandise processes and procedures. All store planning associates will work as a team in the remodel of existing stores, and helping with smaller projects in stores across the chain.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assemble all fixtures per daily assignments
- Develop planograms, and visuals as assigned
- Participate in the operation and merchandising of entire store
- Operate pallet jack and/or forklift as needed
- Assist in the remodeling, or modeling of store locations stocking shelves, loading and unloading trucks, and working overhead
- Ability to climb, and perform job duties on ladders up to 20 feet high
- Weekly overnight stays (usual 5 days 4 nights at a time) required
- Ensure proper pricing of product
- Load product on display
- Effectively communicate with team members of all levels including daily touch points with management to ensure they are informed of project happenings.
- Able to work both, independently and collaboratively with coworkers, store personnel and vendors.
- Always maintain a neat and clean appearance with no stains, rips or holes in clothing.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Perform the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee required climb up to 20 feet and balance. The employee must frequently lift 50 lbs.
Background:
Candidate must pass background check that include Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
