At Pig & Grits, our hosts do much more than greet guests. They set the tone for the entire experience.

The host stand is the front porch of our restaurant. It's where first impressions are made, hospitality begins, and guests decide whether they feel welcomed. We're looking for people who love people, bring positive energy to every interaction, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team that genuinely cares about one another.

If you're outgoing, organized, and enjoy making someone's day a little better, this might be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
• Manage waitlists and seating flow to create a smooth guest experience
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions
• Help coordinate takeout orders and guest pickups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and dining room
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
• Assist with dining room support during busy periods
• Help create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and teammates
