Asphalt Paving Laborer (Construction) – Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Various locations around Seekonk, MA and Rhode Island
Pay: $TBD/hour (DOE) overtime available

Overview:
We’re hiring an Asphalt Paving Laborer to support our paving crew on residential and commercial sitework projects. This is a physically active, hands-on role working directly with the paving team and equipment. Asphalt experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of asphalt paving and road construction
- Perform “shoeing” of asphalt to help achieve smooth, even finishes
- Rake, shovel, and lute asphalt materials behind the paver
- Support paving machine operators and crew members
- Help with site prep, cleanup, and traffic control
- Follow foreman instructions and maintain job site safety
Qualifications:
- Asphalt paving experience required
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
