Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Duties
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other technology to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines if operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
