Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hayward, CA, for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will engage with clients to identify needs, recommend suitable natural stone products, and manage the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, collaborating with designers and builders to ensure successful project execution, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product collection, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves maintaining a welcoming showroom environment and assisting with merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management, with a focus on client relationship building
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• An eye for design and an appreciation for high-end materials such as marble, quartzite, and granite
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, builders, and other professionals
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with inventory or CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in luxury goods, interior design, or construction industries is an advantage
