Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is thrilled to announce the opening of our 16th location in Middleton and our 3rd in The Villages this October! We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate Team Members to join our Opening Team.

Interviews: Thursday, September 10 – Friday, October 2, 2026 (or until slots are filled)
Orientation: Monday, October 5 (mandatory, AM & PM sessions available)
Training: October 6 – 10 (mandatory, AM & PM sessions available)

About the Role – Host/Hostess
As a Host at Piesanos, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. A warm welcome, attentive service, and a friendly goodbye all help deliver on our mission of creating a “great dining experience from beginning to end.”
What You’ll Do:
Provide a friendly welcome and warm goodbye to all guests.
Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait times.
Suggest bar seating or other options when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
Support team members by communicating guest needs effectively.
Follow company service standards and sanitation practices.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
Previous hosting or guest service experience preferred, but not required.
Must be 17 and authorized to work in the U.S.
