Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is excited to announce the opening of our 15th location – and our 2nd in The Villages (Southern Trace) this October! We’re looking for dependable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our Opening Team.
Location: 3539 Wedgewood Lane, The Villages, FL
Hiring Interviews: September 10 – October 3, 2025 (or until slots are filled)
Orientation: Monday, October 6 – Mandatory (AM & PM options)
Training: October 7 – 11 – Mandatory (AM & PM sessions available)

About the Role – Dishwasher
As a Dishwasher at Piesanos, you’ll be the backbone of the kitchen, ensuring every dish, utensil, and piece of equipment is clean, sanitized, and ready for use. Your work helps keep service running smoothly and supports the entire team.
What You’ll Do:
Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
Load and unload dishwashing machines.
Wash specific items by hand (pots, pans, cutting boards, etc.).
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
Store clean kitchenware properly and maintain an organized dish area.
Assist in keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and safe.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
