Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Associate at Pierson Supply in Pierson, FL. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and delivering to customers in the area.
Warehouse Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, upload, label, store)
- Keep clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Accepting delivery of inventory
- Counting and confirming inventory
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
- Complete deliveries by driving truck to and from customers
Requirements & Skills:
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Action oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
- Work experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse
- Candidates must pass a background check to be considered for this position
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
