We are looking for a highly organized Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our customer orders. You will be the bridge between our sales team, warehouse, and shipping carriers to ensure every package arrives accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Review and verify incoming orders for accuracy, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule shipments and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers or internal delivery teams.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and alert procurement when inventory is low to prevent backorders.
- Problem Solving: Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays, damages, or lost packages.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and returns/exchanges.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in our ERP/OMS (Order Management System) and generate daily fulfillment reports.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2 years in logistics, warehouse coordination, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager).
- Detail Oriented: An eagle eye for SKU numbers, shipping addresses, and quantity counts.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating between departments and handling customer inquiries.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business is a plus.
