Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Country Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing plant near Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, accounts, internal controls, and coordination with headquarters. This role also involves managing manufacturing and marketing finance, as well as providing timely and accurate management information systems (MIS) reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the plant's business objectives.
- Accounts Management: Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordination with Headquarters: Act as the primary liaison between the manufacturing plant and the corporate finance team, ensuring alignment on financial goals and strategies.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance.
- Manufacturing Finance: Manage financial aspects of manufacturing operations, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).
