Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish. In this role, you will lead day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will conduct regular site walks, coordinate workflows, and make sure the project meets both company and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project closeout.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly.
• Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress to keep schedules and budgets on track.
• Conduct daily site walks to identify issues and ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and field teams.
• Resolve on-site challenges quickly to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Superintendent or similar construction leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and field operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
