Hiring for the 2026-27 School Year Classified or papaprofessional who assists certificated personnel in performing their teaching functions. Assistance is given by performing a wide variety of non-teaching duties under the supervision of a certificated staff.Education level: High School Diploma. Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience Desired: Prior service work or training with child care or youth activities.Physical Requirements: Requires hand-eye, mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity, ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, stoop, and talk and lift up to 50 pounds.Other Requirements: Demonstrate interest and commitment toward the welfare of young people
Must have positive human relations skills and communication skills toward both adults and children. Must have ability to supervise students in a variety of situations. Skills in word processing, operating office machines and audio-visual equipment are helpful.
