Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager located in Orlando, FL, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing renovation and painting projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with expeditors, ensuring timely project execution, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to. The Project Manager will also work closely with clients to meet their expectations and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, particularly in renovation and painting projects
- Skills in Expediting and working with Expeditors
- Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring quality control
- Experience in Logistics Management to coordinate materials and resources
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction or painting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
