Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – SEMICONDUCTORS (6-Month Contract)

About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract), you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and driving talent strategies to support business needs. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders, think creatively to source top talent, and work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned searches, handling up to 10 requisitions at a time.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using a mix of cold outreach, Boolean searches, LinkedIn/HireEZ, and other platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver competitive offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS.
- Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
What You Need to Be Successful
- RECENT experience recruiting within the Semiconductor industry is a MUST, specifically for Hardware (HW) roles.
- 2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within the semiconductor high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to source proactively — you don’t just wait for applicants!
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of compensation structures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Prior contract recruiting experience preferred.
