Responsibilities- Verify that all paperwork is completed accurately and meets company requirements before sales proceed to ordering, scheduling, or product pickup.
- Job cost all orders to ensure products have been delivered and installations are completed as required.
- Prepare installer provider work orders promptly to facilitate timely payment for installers.
- Schedule installations by coordinating with customers and installers, ensuring alignment with company policies and timelines.
- Track product deliveries to confirm arrival before scheduled installations or customer pickups.
- Input approved installers into company systems, maintaining up-to-date records of required paperwork and expiration dates.
- Close out the till each morning, including printing reports, counting cash, making deposits, and scanning reports to the main office.
- Assist installers with supply purchases, scheduling, and resolving job site issues.
- Act as a liaison between installers and sales staff regarding additional job charges when needed.
- Support the warehouse and service manager with administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to general store cleanliness and perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail in all tasks.
- Effective verbal communication skills.

- Technical aptitude to understand specialized information and processes.
