Qualifications:
- 5 years of product management experience, preferably with recruiting, HR technology, or related software products.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and challenges.

- Experience working in agile environments and managing product lifecycles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and improvements.
- Basic asset management knowledge.

- Strong PowerPoint/deck creation skills.
- Highly client-facing, engaging with senior stakeholders.
