We’re growing and looking to add a Lead HVAC Installer, HVAC Service Tech, and Apprentice to our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Perform HVAC installations for residential and commercial projects
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, and Heat pump systems.
- Interact professionally with customers, builders, and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Accurately complete job documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (install or service) for Lead Installer
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as manage jobs and time effectively
- Ability to read job plans
- On Call Preferred
- Oil burner license preferred
- EPA Certification (Required)
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
