Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them find a place they can call home. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and creating positive experiences for both current and future residents. This position involves conducting property tours, assisting with the leasing process, answering questions, and supporting resident satisfaction while helping maintain strong occupancy levels within the community. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Duties
- Welcome prospective residents and provide a positive experience from their first inquiry through move-in.
- Conduct property tours, answer questions, and help prospective residents find a home that meets their needs.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and utilize Rent Manager to track prospects, applications, and resident information.
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns and support community occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or property management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
- Excellent phone, email, and in-person customer service skills.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office; experience with Rent Manager is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing practices is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
