Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design, an eye for visual storytelling, and a passion for content creation across formats. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual assets for print and digital—as well as capturing and editing behind-the-scenes video content that highlights the creative energy of our studio environment.

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works in close collaboration with the Social Media Manager and in-house creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and presentations
• Create digital assets for email campaigns, social media, web, and event promotion
• Assist in developing brand-aligned visual systems across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative briefs and marketing initiatives
• Organize and maintain a library of design files, templates, and brand assets

Video Production & BTS Content:

• Collaborating with Social Media Manager to capture behind-the-scenes content (photo & video) during studio shoots and events
• Collaborating with Social Media Manager to edit short-form video clips for use on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and internal communications
• Collaborating with Social Media Manager to storyboard and execute light video content aligned with our campaign calendar
• Maintain a flexible shooting schedule to accommodate live productions and key moments
• Assist in formatting content across different platforms and aspect ratios (e.g., 16:9, 9:16, 1:1)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or DaVinci a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to capture and edit short-form video content
• Strong visual sensibility and attention to layout, typography, and motion
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, positive attitude and collaborative mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience using After Effects or motion graphics tools
• Familiarity with Figma, or other collaborative design tools
• Experience working on-set or in creative production environments
• Understanding of current social media formats, trends, and platform-specific content needs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
