Maintenance Level 3

The Level 3 Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs and maintenance across the venue. This role requires a proactive approach to facility upkeep, ensuring that all systems function optimally to support our event operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:- Preventive Maintenance:- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.- Repairs and Troubleshooting:-Diagnose and repair complex machinery and equipment failures.- Address electrical issues, including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers. - Set up and breakdown temporary power distribution for events as required. - Perform plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.Facility Support:- Collaborate with event staff to ensure all facilities are prepared and functioning for events. - Assist in setup and breakdown of equipment as needed.Documentation:-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. -Update maintenance logs and inventory of tools and supplies.Safety Compliance:- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. - Participate in safety training and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. - Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
