Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity? We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Full-Time Leasing Agent to join our team and help future residents find their home.
About the Role:
This role offers the chance to work in a relaxing environment—just minutes from the water. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key part in creating a welcoming, connected community.
What You'll Do:
Leasing & Sales
- Welcome and tour prospective residents, showcasing our beachside lifestyle and unique community amenities
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, clearly explaining terms and community policies
- Follow up with leads and meet part-time leasing goals
- Accurately complete lease paperwork and ensure compliance
Customer Service
- Provide excellent service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with questions, maintenance requests, and general inquiries
- Help foster a warm, community-oriented atmosphere
Marketing & Outreach
- Support marketing efforts through flyer distribution, social media content, and occasional event participation
- Help drive visibility and interest in the property
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized leasing records and applications
- Process applications, run background checks, and collect required fees
- Assist with unit inspections and readiness
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the property management and maintenance teams to meet goals
- Share ideas and contribute to community improvements
- Saturday availability required.
What We Offer:
- Hourly Pay: $16–$18/hour (depending on experience)
- Commissions & Bonuses: Potential to earn an additional $4–$5/hour
