This is a multi-role position offering variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our guests’ experience.What You’ll DoAs a Housekeeping Associate, you’ll be trained across several key areas of our department, including:Guest room cleaning, sanitizing, and organization to brand standardsPublic space upkeep (hallways, landings, restrooms, vending areas)Linen handling: sorting, folding, stocking, and trash removalLaundry services and houseperson dutiesGuest interaction and service recovery when neededMaintaining proper uniform and grooming standardsYou may be assigned to different roles or properties (Hilton Garden Inn or Homewood Suites) depending on operational needs.Language & CommunicationAbility to read and interpret safety protocols and procedure manualsComfortable communicating with guests and team membersAble to log work orders and maintain recordsExperience & QualificationsOne year of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferredAny combination of education and experience that supports success in the roleMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsRegularly required to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs (occasionally up to 80 lbs)Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climbVision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral visionWork EnvironmentExposure to moving mechanical parts, cleaning chemicals, and occasional outdoor conditionsMay work in high places or around vibrationTypically a quiet environment with solo work expectedRequirements:
