Bellman/ Guest Services

Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Bellman/Guest Services representative to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences by assisting with luggage, guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent communication skills, including multilingual abilities. Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred to deliver top-tier guest relations and service excellence.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation to their rooms or other areas of the property
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Manage guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Support front desk operations during busy periods, including check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized guest service area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments such as housekeeping and management to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent guest relations skills at all times

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to assist diverse guests effectively
• Experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or resort services preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
• Ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
• Passion for hospitality, guest relations, and creating memorable experiences for guests

Pay: $10.98 - $11.00 per hour
