- Prepare and set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
- Ensure all setup areas are clean, organized, and ready prior to guest arrival
- Coordinate with event planners and catering staff to understand specific setup requirements
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas after events
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies needed for setup
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
