Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to keep the kitchen running seamlessly
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed
- Support food handling procedures by maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas and adhering to safety standards
- Clear tables and bussing duties during service to ensure a clean dining environment for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, including sinks, dishwashers, and storage areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to cleaning, food handling, and sanitation practices
Requirements
