Essential Functions
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, experiential) tailored to regional needs.
- Partner closely with clinical, operations, and business development leaders to align marketing activity with business goals.
- Build, strengthen, and managing referral or partner networks to support sustained lead generation.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using key performance metrics; analyze results and optimize for stronger ROI.
- Manage regional budgets and allocate resources strategically across channels
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Leverage CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred) and marketing funnels to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Create and adapt localized content with excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong design sensibility preferred.
- Primarily based in the Middletown office with a collaborative team setting.
- Regular local travel to regional markets, partner locations, and events to support marketing initiatives and build relationships.
- Ability to manage time effectively between in-office responsibilities and field activities.
- Some flexibility in schedule may be required to accommodate meetings, events, and travel logistics.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably with a regional or multi-location focus.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, experiential).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, preferably with clinical, operations, and business development teams.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to track, interpret, and act on performance metrics.
- Experience managing regional budgets and allocating resources to maximize ROI across channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
