What Youll Do
As Hospital Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, patients, and team members. This role is central to creating an environment where high-quality medicine and exceptional service can thrive.
You will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospital team
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
- Partner with clinical leadership to support patient care and hospital growth
- Drive operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and team engagement
- Manage client experience, including resolving concerns and supporting service excellence
- Collaborate with Area Leadership to set and achieve operational and financial goals
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, balancing people, operations, and business performance to keep the hospital running smoothly.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of leadership or management experience (veterinary experience strongly preferred)
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) is a plus, but not required
Compensation
$60,000$75,000 annually, based on experience
