The Opportunity
PPC Partners, parent company to Pieper Power and MP Systems is looking for a highly organized, energetic Talent Acquisition & Early Career Coordinator to help bring our early-career and veteran recruiting programs to life.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who loves keeping things organized, planning great events, communicating with people, and making sure the details come together. You’ll support university recruiting, internships, SkillBridge and veteran recruiting, while also helping with recruiting marketing, scheduling, program administration, data, and reporting.

You’ll support university recruiting, internships, SkillBridge and veteran recruiting, while also helping with recruiting marketing, scheduling, program administration, data, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate university career fairs, information sessions, veteran recruiting events, and other recruiting activities.
- Manage recruiting and event calendars, registrations, schedules, deadlines, travel, materials, and logistics.
- Support interview scheduling and other day-to-day recruiting coordination.
- Help coordinate intern onboarding, orientation, communications, and mid-summer events.
- Support SkillBridge onboarding and veteran recruiting programs and events.
- Assist with social media, recruiting campaigns, flyers, print collateral, presentations, signage, and event materials.
- Maintain and update early-career and veteran recruiting resources on SharePoint.
- Maintain program trackers, recruiting data, event information, and reporting.
- Help ensure candidates, interns, hiring managers, universities, and external partners have a positive and well-organized experience.
- Jump in where needed to keep our early-career and veteran recruiting programs moving forward.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, event planning, marketing coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and a love for keeping track of the details.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, schedules, or programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with social media, presentations, marketing materials, and print collateral.
- Experience with or willingness to learn SharePoint and recruiting systems.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to maintain accurate data, trackers, calendars, and program information.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in and help.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
