What You'll Do
Guide and motivate the team during busy late-night shifts
- Coach and encourage team members to be their best
- Jump in wherever needed—making boxes, taking orders, helping in the kitchen
- Keep operations smooth and guests happy, no matter how hectic things get
- Handle shift responsibilities like problem-solving, delegating tasks, and supporting the crew
What We're Looking For
- Strong people skills—you know how to connect and lead
- Calm under pressure, positive under stress
- Late-night availability (typically 5 PM – 2 AM or later)
- Experience leading a team in restaurants or retail is a plus, but not required
- A hands-on approach—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
