What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista / Front Counter position at Piehouse Bakery LLC?
Are you a Barista? Ready to meet and greet customers? Our front-of-house team needs you! Job includes caring for our customers by giving a pleasant greeting, creating amazing drinks, taking orders and processing cash transactions. Also placing baked goods, attaching labels, wiping tables, and keeping a clean and tidy work area. Always initiates a positive guest experience by providing a welcome and/or greeting, making eye contact, smiling, and bidding a warm farewell and good luck.
Must be presentable when reporting to work, wearing appropriate, clean attire, free of pet hair. Hair restrained.
Hourly pay calculates with tips.
Requirements:
Must be reliable and able to be at work on time
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work early mornings, Tues-Sat, and or holidays
Clean athletic sneakers or sandals with back; jeans or shorts (OK’d by Manager)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 pounds
